If you would like to join our lottery and play on a regular basis please complete the form below.
By choosing to pay by Standing Order or Cheque/Postal Order you will help to greatly reduce our administration costs allowing more funds to go directly to patient care. Each lottery entry costs £1 per week.
Once you have submitted your request, it takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks to process your application, after which you will receive notification of your unique 5 digit personal number and your first draw date. Winners' cheques are forwarded automatically to the lucky members within seven days of the draw.
